• "Implementasi Profesionalisme Keinsinyuran dalam Pengalaman Kerja Saya di PT Pertamina"
• Required Structure:
• (a) Introduction (15–20%): Explain your understanding of engineering professionalism and its connection to your role at Pertamina.
• (b) Real-World Experience (40–50%): Describe at least 2 real work experiences at Pertamina demonstrating engineering professionalism. For each, explain: (1) the situation/context, (2) the decision/action taken, (3) the professionalism principles involved, and (4) the impact and outcomes.
